Hey there! Welcome to my Kitchen!

Kelly Recipes

This is my little corner where I partake my musings on life and food with anyone willing to hear. As you might have guessed, I ’m passionate about home cooking, eating, and talking about the dishes I produce. So, if you ’re looking for alleviation, you ’re in the right place! I love casting simple, pleasurable fashions that you can fluently recreate at home.

I am truly focused with food. All of it. From new green servings of blended greens to affluent, tasteless pasta dishes, I LOVE.IT.ALL. And I’ve made it all. I don’t ignore butter, in truth, it’s basically a food assemble to me. Chocolate is the cure for everything and wine reasonable makes it all that much way better. Hurl in a bit of bacon for incredible degree , and I’ll be your bestie for life.

My family adores dining out… a lot. Hence, many of my quick and simple recipes draw inspiration from dishes I’ve savored at my favorite restaurants. Whether you’re craving healthy-ish dinners, indulgent desserts, or unexpectedly gluten-free favorites, there’s something here for everyone. I enjoy cooking with seasonal ingredients whenever I can, and my recipe feature readily available products, ensuring your grocery trips are swift and hassle-free.

Am I a professionally prepared chef? Nope, I’m self-taught. A long time of kitchen incidents have instructed me a thing or two, along with my assurance to reproduce and move forward upon dishes from my favorite eateries. This travel has compensated me with a collection of tips, traps, and yes, a site full of long sentences! My simple formulas are unique and tried-and-true (unless adjusted from a favorite, famous in the formula), tried and endorsed by my hardest critics—my exceptionally picky family.

The discerning family? It includes my little guy (the boss of the house), my daughter (rarely found at home), my husband (thinks he’s the boss), Cooper… the rescue dog (pizza crust enthusiast), Calvin… the rescue cat (lover of solitude), Penny… rescue cat #2, and Madonna, the Chameleon (replacing Pickles, the hermit crab, who has since passed). No recipe makes it onto this site without their unanimous approval (or a very determined override by me!).

All Home cooking, crafty inventions, photos, stories are my own unless otherwise noted.
